Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

We make our all time favorite Banana Bread probably once every other week, and that is a conservative estimate. In fact, we go through aggressive bundles of bananas in general! If we aren’t munching on a plain ol’ banana, we are adding them to our protein shakes, our yogurt, our oatmeal, and of course our baked goods. You will never ever get sick of banana bread, but when quarantine ends and you want an on the go banana baked good, these Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies will do the trick!

Salted Chocolate Chip Almond Butter Cookies

If there is one thing we cannot get enough of, it’s a chocolate chip cookie. We like them literally in any form. We don’t throw the word literally around often, but this is a serious matter. We are constantly testing difference variances of this as well, in order to keep things interesting in the cookie arena. If there is one thing we know to be true about chocolate baked goods, it is that flaky sea salt makes it better every time. These Salted Chocolate Chip Almond Butter Chippers are pillow soft and also freeze perfectly so you don’t eat them all in one sitting! Although, we of course support that too and have been there many times…

Healthy Pecan Pie Bars

Pecan pie is a fall staple, and pecans are one of our favorite nuts to bake with this time of year. Often times, we enjoy making bars because they are great for groups, especially on Friendsgiving and Thanksgiving. We wanted to create a bar that had a fall vibe while being easy to grab while we are conversing with family. Bars are also convenient, because while you cannot eat pecan pie while holding a glass of wine, you can absolutely enjoy a bar while you cradle a big glass of pinot. We got you. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!
