Double Chocolate Banana Bread – Gluten Free

During quarantine, we made banana bread every week. I think that was food blogger tip 101 for getting through those first few weeks. It was comforting, it was delicious, and never once did it get old. During our weekly banana mashing, we decided that it may be time to spice things up a bit, and behold: Double Chocolate Banana Bread was born. This recipe satisfies the sweet tooth and also has the classic comforts of a banana bread loaf!

Homemade Naan (Gluten & Yeast Free)

We are obsessed with Greek and Mediterranean food. We are not obsessed with the fact that we don’t get to enjoy pita bread or naan when we eat these foods, however. Being gluten free is easy for the most part, but the lack of gluten free naan and pitas is just rough. Naturally, we decided to make our own! This Homemade Naan (Gluten & Yeast Free) recipe is so insanely good, and best of all, insanely easy!

A vicious cycle, as this happens every single time. Fair warning: this recipe is going to make you do the same, because it is so delicious.

It was seriously one of the best pairings– the freshly picked basil, a creamy, thick slice of mozzarella cheese, a juicy, tomato slice and of course, a generous drizzle of balsamic.

Banana Bread

Well. This recipe has been a long time coming. While our favorite thing in the world is a fresh baked chocolate cookie, banana bread comes in as a very close second. We have both tested banana breads many, MANY times (not that we are complaining!) to ensure we created the perfect recipe to share with you on behalf on this homemade staple.
