Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter natural, no sugar added
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2/3 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a medium size bowl, mix together the almond flour, tahini, peanut butter, maple syrup and chocolate chips until fully combined.
  • Place prepared dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • While the dough is chilling, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Remove bowl from the refrigerator, and add the egg and baking soda. Mix together until fully incorporated.
  • Scoop rounded tablespoon cookies onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-11 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sea salt. Let the cookies cool before eating.
