Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon baking mat.
In a medium bowl add the oat flour, almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, stir to mix and combine. Set aside.
In a large bowl add coconut oil, maple syrup, brown sugar and whisk well to combine. Whisk in eggs and vanilla.
Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix until just combined (do not over mix).
Fold in the oats and blueberries until well combined.
Scoop rounded tablespoon cookies onto prepared cookie sheet leaving 2 inches in between.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
