Kale and Mozzarella Chicken Burgers
Kale and Mozzarella Chicken Burgers that are gluten free and easy to make!
- 1 lbs ground chicken
- 1/3 cup kale, finely chopped (we used baby kale)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat.
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, kale, mozzarella, shallot and garlic. Add in basil, salt and pepper. Mix ingredients until fully combined.
Form mixture into four patties. Grill the burgers until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
