1/3cupsun-dried tomatoes packed in olive oil, chopped
1teaspoonred pepper flakes
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped shallots and minced garlic. Add in sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, red pepper flakes, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix ingredients until fully combined.
Form mixture into four patties. Grill the burgers until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
