  • 1 lbs ground turkey*
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in olive oil, chopped
  • 1/3 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped shallots and minced garlic. Add in sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, red pepper flakes, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix ingredients until fully combined.
  • Form mixture into four patties. Grill the burgers until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.


*We like using 93% lean turkey but use whatever you prefer!
