Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a loaf pan well or line with parchment paper.
Whisk together eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla.
Mix in the almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt until evenly combined.
Fold in the zucchini, chocolate chips and walnuts.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
