Buffalo Chicken Burgers
shallots, finely chopped
(approximately 1 shallot)
red onion, finely chopped
(approximately 1/2 medium onion)
buffalo wing sauce
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
In a large bowl, mix together chicken, shallots, onion and carrots until fully combined. Add in the egg, buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and form into four patties.
Grill the burgers until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
