  • 2 cups Cheerios
  • 1 1/2 cups Rice Chex
  • 1 1/2 cups Corn Chex
  • 1 cup popcorn
  • 1/2 cup gluten free pretzel sticks (we like to break ours in half)
  • 1 cup M&M’s
  • 12 ounces white chocolate


  • In a large bowl mix together the Cheerios, Chex, popcorn, pretzels and M&M’s.
  • Meanwhile, melt white chocolate either over a double boiler or in the microwave (be careful not to burn the chocolate!).
  • Once the chocolate is smooth and fully melted, pour over the dry mix and combine with a wooden spoon. Make sure all the cereal is covered in chocolate.
  • Once the entire batch has been combined, lay it out to dry on a large sheet of parchment paper. Let dry for 1 hour until the chocolate is cooled and hard. Break it up into medium pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
