What’s Gaby Cooking Christmas Crack...Gluten Free Edition
The famous What’s Gaby Cooking Christmas Crack recipe...Gluten Free Edition!
- 2 cups Cheerios
- 1 1/2 cups Rice Chex
- 1 1/2 cups Corn Chex
- 1 cup popcorn
- 1/2 cup gluten free pretzel sticks (we like to break ours in half)
- 1 cup M&M’s
- 12 ounces white chocolate
In a large bowl mix together the Cheerios, Chex, popcorn, pretzels and M&M’s.
Meanwhile, melt white chocolate either over a double boiler or in the microwave (be careful not to burn the chocolate!).
Once the chocolate is smooth and fully melted, pour over the dry mix and combine with a wooden spoon. Make sure all the cereal is covered in chocolate.
Once the entire batch has been combined, lay it out to dry on a large sheet of parchment paper. Let dry for 1 hour until the chocolate is cooled and hard. Break it up into medium pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
